About Me

After pursuing a career in music, earning bachelor's degrees in psychology and Spanish from Portland State University, and working in the food and beverage service industry for several years, I've arrived at a purposeful career in massage therapy. I received my training at National Holistic Institute College of Massage Therapy in Santa Rosa, California, where I graduated after 800+ hours of instruction and hands-on experience in the classroom, internships, and student massage clinic. Creativity, perpetual growth and learning, and an intrinsic desire to positively impact the lives of others have always been important to me, and I am grateful to be able to express all of these values through massage.

As a massage therapist I cater each bodywork session to the specific needs of the client, and I believe that every massage presents opportunities to learn and grow for both therapist and client. My priority during each massage is to create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes a sense of ease and relaxation, so each client leaves feeling cared for and that improved wellness is within their reach.
